Promotions Terms and Conditions

Holiday-ready bundle offer

1. Promotion eligibility: The promotion is available with selected providers only. The offer cannot be used with a preferred provider if the offer is not available with that provider.

2. Promotion period: The offer is valid for bookings made and/or vouchers purchased until 18 December 2025.

3. Mention at booking: The promotion must be mentioned at the time of booking to be applied.

4. Offer value: The half-price clean refers to a pre-whitening hygiene clean at $100 (regular value $200).

5. Availability: Spots are limited and we cannot guarantee availability. All bookings are subject to provider availability.

6. Right to amend: We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer before the end date without notice.

7. Applicable treatments: The promotion applies to both in-chair whitening and take-home starter kits only. The offer does not apply to the purchase of additional bleaching products for existing bleach trays.

8. Booking requirements: The hygiene clean and whitening treatment must be booked at the same time. The offer is not valid for split bookings.

9. Redemption limits: The offer can only be redeemed once per person, including via a voucher.

10. Rescheduling limitations: Appointments booked using this promotion cannot be rescheduled beyond the promotional period unless a voucher has been purchased.

11. Cancellation policy: Late cancellation fees apply for appointments cancelled within two working days. The fee is $225 for in-chair whitening appointments and $75 for take-home whitening appointments.

12. Gift vouchers:

    • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

    • One voucher per recipient.

    • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for other services, and are not transferable.

    • Vouchers include the half-price clean and choice of whitening option.

13. Exclusions: The pre-whitening clean does not include a dentist check.

14. Take-home whitening disclaimer: Take-home whitening is completed at the patient’s pace. Typical treatment requires approximately three weeks, so results may not be fully achieved before the holidays.

15. Cancellations and rescheduling: Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Any missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the offer.

16. Health and suitability: Whitening is subject to clinical assessment. Providers reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate.

17. Liability: Dentistry for Chickens is not responsible for any adverse outcomes if treatment instructions are not followed.

18. Promotional use: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

19. Communication: By booking or purchasing a voucher, you consent to our clinic contacting you regarding your appointment and treatment.

$100 Gift Card Draw

Definitions:

• "Draw" refers to the $100 Gift Card Draw organised by Dentistry for Chickens.

• "Entrant" refers to an individual who participates in the Draw by completing the survey and providing the required personal information.

• "Winner" refers to an entrant randomly selected to receive the $100 gift card prize.

• "Draw Period" refers to the timeframe during which entries are accepted for the Draw.

• "Clinic" refers to the Dentistry for Chickens dental clinic.

• "Invited Entrants" refers to participants specifically invited by Dentistry for Chickens to post reviews on Google and Facebook for additional entries.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Entrants must be residents of New Zealand and aged 18 years or older.

• Employees of Dentistry for Chickens and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• By participating in the survey, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Entry:

• Entry into the Draw requires completion of the survey hosted on dentistryforchickens.co.nz.

• Entrants must provide accurate personal details including name, phone number, and email address for communication purposes.

• Each entrant may submit only one entry per survey completed.

• Entries are subject to verification by Dentistry for Chickens, and any found to be incomplete or inaccurate will be disqualified.

3. Draw and Prizes:

• One $100 gift card will be awarded every two months or after 100 eligible entries have been received, whichever occurs last.

• Dentistry for Chickens reserves the right to conduct the Draw before reaching the specified number of entries.

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Draw Period.

• Winners agree to have their first name, photos, and status as a winner published on Dentistry for Chickens' website and social media channels.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Gift cards must be collected in person at the Dentistry for Chickens Clinic and may require presentation of identification.

4. Additional Entries:

• Some entrants, specifically those invited by Dentistry for Chickens, may receive one additional entry by posting a review on either Google or Facebook during the same Draw Period.

• Each review posted on either platform within the Draw Period will earn the invited entrant one additional entry.

• Entrants are limited to one additional entry per platform (Google or Facebook) per 12-month period, only if invited by Dentistry for Chickens.

• Reviews must be genuine and relevant to the services provided by Dentistry for Chickens.

5. Multiple Entries:

• Patients may enter the Draw once for each visit they make to the Dentistry for Chickens Clinic, but only one entry per visit is allowed.

6. Communication and Opt-Out:

• By entering the Draw, participants agree to receive promotional and commercial messages from Dentistry for Chickens via email and phone.

• Entrants may unsubscribe from communications at any time, but doing so will render them ineligible for the Draw.

7. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the survey will be handled in accordance with Dentistry for Chickens' Privacy Policy.

8. Duration:

• The Draw will continue indefinitely until Dentistry for Chickens decides to terminate it.

9. Legal Compliance:

• This Draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand.

10. Modification and Termination:

• Dentistry for Chickens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Draw at any time without prior notice.

11. Withdrawal from Draw:

• Entrants who wish to withdraw from the Draw can do so by contacting Dentistry for Chickens via email at reception@dentistryforchickens.co.nz.

• Upon receipt of a withdrawal request, Dentistry for Chickens will remove the entrant from the current Draw and cease all communication related to the Draw.

• Withdrawn entrants will not be eligible to win the current Draw's prize or receive any further communications regarding the current Draw.

• Withdrawal from the Draw does not render the entrant ineligible to enter future Draws held by Dentistry for Chickens.
